Qualified connection to Build Teamwork

In a company that is more than 50-year-old, growing fast, and consists of thousands of workers, appeared discourse on programs to strengthen the team work. So where is the mistake, why teamwork can be in the doldrums?

Creating chemistry
Do not close because of lack of teamwork chemistry between the members? Do we not believe that we can create connections with others and dispensing of chemistry in our daily life in the workplace? The old adage says, "There are no misunderstandings; there are only failures to Communicate."

From this we realize that we really can not dispute the bad chemistry between a group of people if we are not seriously trying to make a quality connection.

We waste a lot of opportunities to build connections, whether it's time to meet in the elevator, pass on the street, spoken in the morning, even when it comes to in-depth discussions to solve problems, discuss the "gray areas" or communicates the commitment needed to be removed. Let alone people who are new in the team, we are often absent even establishing a connection with people who have lived and worked together for many years.

Can we show appreciation without an inflated praise, but more on the effort to understand the other person and try to dig up his point. Many people feel awkward to foster close relationships in the workplace, even thought it was only necessary in the informal relationships and familial relationships outside the business. Efforts to approach other people are sometimes judged only required by the salesmen and public relations. There's also assume that this is an activity that leads to things that are feminine. In fact, a lot of potential and opportunity that we can achieve the purpose for the sake of togetherness, as long as we want a little effort to build connections with each other.

Clarity
We definitely can feel when the spirit of the individual within the team to relax. Many people do not understand why personnel are very clever and dedicated, can suddenly lose the spirit of sharing information, undisciplined, lazy to brainstorm and if not stopped thinking about self-interest. An employee who was in that situation commented, "If the team, one person with another not clear about standards of quality and what to do, and will run away sasaran group, how we will menyerahkan sepenuhnya minds and hearts to the team?"

Lack of clarity about the principles and direction of the company or institution, it often causes the spirit of the group became lax. Especially when the boss was mencla-mencle, not promote coordination, even a little pitting. One can only be "selfless" if the goals of the organization is very "clear". That is why we see the decline in team morale at a company that is being shaken and did not clarify the circumstances in times of crisis. Conversely, an organization that aims to clear, can easily enhance teamwork and even create exciting competition between the groups, both in activities related to the substance of the business and outside it.

When individuals are connected to each other through mutual trust and clear against the group and organizational goals, certainly do not need a huge energy to push the team to achieve best performance. In fact, we are not to worry to flip through or cut-off individuals in the team, because teams automatically have the power to quickly to reorganize his back.
